Developing methodologies to accurately characterise the energy conditions of existing building stock is a fundamental aspect consumption reduction strategies. To that end, case study using thermal information modelling method for buildings (as-is T-BIM) reported. This proposed new based on automatic processing 3D clouds interior zones generates semantic proprietary model contains time series surface temperatures assigned its elements.
